Access Road through Sherfield Park / Taylor's Farm

Croudace are targeting a start date towards the end of July for the Access Road through Sherfield Park/Taylor's Farm, although this is dependent on resolving an issue with the utility company over an electricity diversion on part of the route.

The future access routes for Razors Farm and the proposed Aurum development are off Crockford Lane. The current farm access across the bridge will be for pedestrians and cyclists only.

Access for construction vehicles will use the planned development access points. All traffic will be required to use Crockford Lane directly from the A33 to avoid all the smaller railway bridges. No construction traffic will use Chineham or Taylors Farm development.

Network Rail own the bridge, so they would be responsible for implementing any lighting that would be necessary.
